The Sapporo Underground Pedestrian Space, which connects Sapporo Station and Odori Station underground, does not have as many restaurants as Aurora Town or Pole Town, but it does have a few, including 22% MARKET, which I recently featured on this blog [Note 1]. 22% MARKET is located on the Minamigawa (Odori) side. These establishments are located on the south side of the Sapporo Underground Pedestrian Space, while a McDonald’s and a bar are located on the north side. Also on the north side, there’s a building called Miredo, directly connected to the Sapporo Underground Pedestrian Space, lined with numerous restaurants. [Note 3] With a wide variety of cuisines, there’s sure to be at least one restaurant that suits everyone’s tastes. Incidentally, the restaurant I visited was a tempura restaurant called Yahei. [Note 4] It’s located on the first floor of the building. It serves delicious tempura and offers takeout, so your family and friends might be delighted if you buy some of Yahei’s delicious tempura as a souvenir.
