We’ve previously featured the facility NORBESA on this blog [Note 1], but this time we’d like to introduce a cosplay event at NORBESA.

The “Sapporo Cosplay Special Zone in NORBESA” event will be held on October 26, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM [Note 2]. This cosplay event, which has traditionally been held as part of the Halloween celebrations, will be extended to October 26th. This year, cosplay will be allowed throughout the entire NORBESA building, with the common areas and rooftop open as social spaces. This means you can enjoy cosplay for hours on end.

Also taking place at the same time, NORBEAR, the NORBESA mascot, will be handing out coupons for restaurants within the facility at 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM (while supplies last). Why not join this event at NORBESA as part of your Halloween celebrations, dressing up in your favorite cosplay and enjoying your favorite food and drink?
